Sankt-Georg-Treffen
By the Sankt-Georg-Treffen at Breydin Castle, we go on with the tradition of this event, that took place first time in 2006.
It will also take place at the weekend closest to 23rd of April. This date is dedicated to St. George - the patron saint of knights and soldiers.
The event deals with the history of Brandenburg in the 15th century.
The re-enactors, who take part in this festival, are from all over Europe. All groups deal with the re-enactment of civil and military life of the
15th century. Therefore, one gets a sufficient over view about the European re-enactor scene.
The organiser of Sankt-Georg-Treffen at Breydin Castle will adapt the system of British, French and Belgian medieval festivals. The event will be
divided into two parts: the gastronomic supply with shows and the historical area.
